Come join us for some Yin Vin at The Studio! We'll stay mellow and cool as we stretch slowly and release muscles and tension. Great to balance out your workouts and your hot, hot summer.

Do you run? Do you work out? Do you get lower back pain? Are your shoulders stiff? Well, MAYBE life, work or your fitness schedule leaves you strong in some areas but weak in others. Okay, it probably does. Doing yoga at the end of a working week or on a workout rest day can help you to be strong AND flexible, avoid injury and feel great.
Whether you’re a yogi who cycles, a workout enthusiast who would like to someday touch their toes or a triathlete tired of lower back pain, this class is for you. It’s not your typical yoga class. It'll be calming and super stretching; we'll spend most of the class sitting or lying on our yoga mats, holding poses and working on good breath technique to help you de-stress and focus. Each 4-6 weeks we focus on a different part of the body or technique and practice roughly the same sequence for that series.
The class is shaped by a sports yoga methodology based on Betsy’s years of study and a deep understanding of anatomy, bodies and mobility. Weekly sessions will help you create greater all-over balance, loosen tight muscles, learn proper breathing technique and enjoy guided relaxation exercises to relieve stress and help you focus on and off the mat.
Cost is 12 euros drop-in or 10 euros if you block book.
