Workshops & Events

Yin Yang 

Join us for our monthly Saturday intensive yin yang yoga workshops with Betsy and Lucy of Yo/Mu. Each month has a different theme and each long session means you truly have time to explore poses, work on your breathing and identify anything you need to ‘shift’ in your practice, your body
or your mind.

We keep the group intentionally small (no more than 12) so there’s time for questions, assists and special attention from two experienced teachers, plus a chat over tea at the end. 


We have a specific focus in each session - like being grounded as the spring sap starts to flow, cooling breathing exercises for the summer heat, and deeper understanding of fundamental vinyasa poses. Watch this spaace for the next one!
